The resize_image function allows you to resize a GIF, JPEG or PNG file to any dimension you wish and put an optional black border around the image. Here's an explanation of the arguements:

$image_path: The complete path to the image to be resized

$max_width: Maximum width of the resized image. Leave 0 if you want to specify only the height and have the width auto-scale.

$max_height: Maximum height of the resized image. Leave 0 if you want to specify only the width and have the height auto-scale.

$file_prefix: This will prepend a string onto the resized image filename. If you want to create a thumbnail image and keep the original, set $file_prefix = 'thumb'.

$dir: Allows you to save the resized image to a sub directory under the $image_path directory. If you want to save thumbnail images to images/thumbs, set $dir = 'thumbs'.

$border: boolean, 1 = border, 0 = no border

$mime: Image mime type. (image/jpeg, image/gif, image/png)

Excel macro to group and count the number of items in a range of cells, delimited by the pipe character "|". It returns a summary of the items including a percent of total and count for each item found, plus a grand total of all items.

Currently limited to 100 items, simple becasue I didn't have the time to spend to get dynamic arrays to work.

This function will convert a Date (passed as type TDateTime) to a long-format Julian calendar date (result as type String).

Simple C++ program that creates a directory with the asked username, and places 2 files within the directory that contain the asked for username and the asked for password.

I've found it kind of complicated to strip newline chars from a file with just the commandline. This tiny piece of code does just that.

I've found it especially useful when extracting tabulated data from a grabbed site where each cell is on a different html line. This way I can pre-filter the html, remove the newlines, and insert them again at register boundaries (row end in this case), so that with just a couple more replacement from within a regex enabled text editor I can copy&paste it directly to a database.
